Parking is available directly outside the clinic if spaces allow. Alternatively, there are 1-hour parking spaces on Westgate-on-Sea high street (on the opposite side of the train station), as well as residential parking on surrounding roads.

Deposits & Cancellations
Please refer to our Deposit & Cancellation Policy. Please note that your £30 deposit will be retained if we do not receive at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We always aim to be as accommodating as possible and understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments result in significant costs due to unused time, staffing, and product, so we must adhere strictly to this policy.
Your Appointment
- If you are a new client or have not visited the clinic in the last 6 months, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary forms.
- Please read any information leaflets sent to you via email prior to your appointment. If you have not received them, contact us and we will resend them.
Important considerations that may affect your treatment include:
- Current use of antibiotics
- Recent or upcoming dental treatment (particularly for dermal filler appointments)
- Upcoming holidays
- Recent or planned treatments with other practitioners (e.g. laser or semi-permanent makeup)
If any of the above apply, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your appointment can go ahead safely.
Before You Arrive
Please attend your appointment makeup-free, as time is not allocated for makeup removal. If needed, you are welcome to arrive 10 minutes early to remove makeup—remover is available in the customer toilet.
This helps reduce infection risk and ensures appointments run on time.
Attending the Clinic
- We kindly ask that you attend appointments alone where possible, to maintain space and a calm environment.
- If you plan to bring someone, please inform us in advance so we can confirm space availability.
- Children are not permitted in the clinic unless agreed in advance with the Managing Director, depending on individual circumstances.
- Children are not allowed in treatment rooms under any circumstances.
- Animals are not permitted unless they are assistance animals—please notify us in advance.
Photography
Clinical photographs will be taken before and after treatment for your records. These are kept confidential and stored in accordance with legal and data protection requirements.
Products & Returns
We do not offer refunds on products. However, unused and unopened products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
