In accordance with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, Lucia Medical Aesthetics does not provide or arrange cosmetic botulinum toxin or injectable cosmetic filler treatments for anyone under the age of 18.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, you will be required to provide valid photographic proof that you are aged 18 or over before an appointment for these treatments can be arranged and again when attending the clinic for treatment.
Acceptable identification includes a valid passport, photocard driving licence, or photographic/digital proof-of-age identification bearing the PASS hologram/digital mark.
If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, we will be unable to arrange or proceed with the treatment.
Parental or guardian consent does not permit cosmetic botulinum toxin or filler treatment for a person under 18.
